Palate 2 Palette

“It’s easy to use and gets the job done quickly.”

INTRODUCTION
Making business simpler
Located less than 100 metres from the shores of Munderoo Bay, Grant Rowlands owns and operates Palate 2 Palette with his wife Helen in Port Broughton.
Family-operated since 2008, Grant and Helen offer Australian-Asian fusion food for locals and tourists alike.
A town hotspot, what’s unique about the restaurant is found in the name, as Palate 2 Palette also has an art gallery attached, where artwork can be viewed at leisure.
THE CHALLENGE
Moving to another software that works
Like many small business owners, Grant and Helen manage the bookkeeping themselves, so they needed a provider that made transitioning from old software to the new effortless and stress-free.
“As a small business owner, you need something that’s easy to use and easy to understand.”
With a small staff and a restaurant to run, they needed straightforward, reliable software that didn’t require an accounting degree to learn and navigate.

OUR SOLUTION
“Reckon went to a great deal of effort trying to accommodate the changeover.”
Grant and Helen’s migration was an absolute success. The Reckon team worked closely with them to ensure their data was moved across. While some corrections were needed, Grant said the Reckon support team were quick to fix them and ensure his books were in good condition.
Grant was so impressed with the fantastic service, he even recommended Reckon to another local business owner.
“I told him Reckon really is a good one to go for.”
