Can I add an attachment to a Reckon Invoice?

You can now attach images, PDF’s, Microsoft Excel and Word documents to bills and payment transactions in Reckon One. To find out more see our help page here.

Can I alter an invoice template in Reckon?

Yes! You can customise your invoice template by going to Lists > Templates, then select Right-Click > New > Tax Invoice. 

Can I change a Reckon invoice to a sales receipt?

When a Customer pays for one or more Invoices, you can Email or Print a Payment Receipt in Reckon Accounts. To learn how, visit our help page here.

How do I include my payment details on an invoice?
