Melina Grusbesic, alongside her husband, has owned Bluesalt Swim School in Melbourne, Victoria, since 2010.
At her swim school, Melina and her staff help kids learn one of the most important life skills every Aussie needs: swimming.
What makes Melina especially proud of her business is the customers, her clients. Melina has not only had the privilege of teaching a generation of kids, but has also hired and trained staff to teach a new generation.
