How do I download the Reckon Mate app?
How do I invite employees to Reckon Mate?
Setting up your team is easy. In the web version of Reckon Payroll, simply:
- Click the Quick Add menu in the banner.
- Select Self-onboard employee.
- Enter their first name, last name, and email address.
- Click Send Invitation — and you’re done!
Your new employee will receive a guided onboarding flow to complete all new hire paperwork. You’ll also get notified once the process is finished so you can review their details before running their first pay. Read the help article >
Can employees update their details later?
Yes. You can resend the onboarding link anytime so employees can review and update their personal details, banking information, or super details.
Can Reckon Mate be used by all employees?
Yes. As long as employees have been invited through Reckon Payroll, all staff members, including remote employees and new team members, can use the app.
