Kaybix Cargo

โWith Reckon, everything clicked.โ

INTRODUCTION
Building from the ground up
Originally from Malaysia, Amar and Shairah started their freight business, Kaybix, from scratch.
โIt’s always been my passion to create my own business, and so I got the opportunity to create a business in Australia. We are quite proud to say that it’s our family business. To start everything from scratch โ it’s a big deal for us.โ
With their business, Amar and Shairah offer shipping and door-to-door cargo services to clients worldwide.
โWe are doing freight forwardingโinternationalโdoing export and import of containers from here to any country in the world. I always say to my clients, if you can dismantle the Opera House, you can bring it.โ
THE CHALLENGE
Staying compliant and saving time for what matters.
With Kaybix taking off, Amar and Shairuh needed help: Getting a system that was compliant for accounting and payroll, and something they could manage.
โWe encountered a few challenges. Putting on software, accounting, and payroll systems to be compliant with the government regulations. We also needed software to manage all our documentation.”
Amar and Shairah also needed a solution that could help them save time, allowing them to spend more time with their kids.
โItโs only us here, so we want to spend time with them, so itโs not all work.โ

OUR SOLUTION
Software that doesnโt set you back
With Reckon One, Amar and Shairah no longer have to spend weeknights and weekends doing bookwork. Now they can focus on spending time with their kids and teach them about their Malaysian culture.
โWe try to keep the relationships with our Malaysian friends. We want the culture and tradition to keep growing and be passed to our kids. Especially in Australia, we don’t have anyoneโit’s only us. By keeping in touch with them, it’s as if you can feel at home. It’s always about food, talk, chat, and play.โ
