Reckon Advantage Joining Fee
Reckon One, Reckon Accounts Hosted, Reckon Accounts Enterprise and Reckon Advantage customers can access premium support options, which may include toll free phone support and online chat with a technical support rep, please log into our members area.
Technical support is also subject to Reckon’s Sunset Policy.
Converting data from other accounting software files to the most recent version of a comparable Reckon software product. This is usually free but a custom quote may be charged for complex data conversions. See our data conversion page to see what types of data can be converted for free.

Reconstruction or recovery of damaged data from corrupt current version Reckon Accounts Business range and Payroll Premier data files.
Minimum fee is $250.00. A quote will be provided.
Upgrade data files from an older version to the most recent version of a Reckon software.
Minimum fee is $100.00. A quote will be provided.
Fee for removal of passwords from current version Reckon Accounts business range, Payroll Premier and Retail Point of Sale data files.

CDs – Replacement
Administration fee for replacement CD to be provided or where a CD needs to be provided for a downloadable file.
Credit Card – Reprocessing
Administrative fee for declined or incorrect credit card.
Installation Key Codes (IKCs) – Reissue
These can only be provided for current annual licence or Reckon Advantage customers to replace original IKCs and for upgrade purposes. Subject to approval.
An administration fee applies to verify and process product re-registrations.
Shipping & Handling
Orders that require delivery incur a shipping and handling fee.
