Q1. What particular multifunction devices does your tablet integrate with?
We integrate will all the leading MFD suppliers (Canon, Xerox, Richo/Kyocera/HP etc.), and have rarely found a device that we can’t integrate with. If there is a particular device you want to check please call us on (+61) 2 8415 8000 and we will be more than happy to evaluate that model with Reckon Billback.
Q2. What particular Practice Management systems do you integrate with to get clients’ accounts and push disbursement charges back?
We integrate all leading Practice Management systems in the Legal, Accounting, Strata and Advertising sectors. The chances are we have already integrated with your choice of Practice Management system before, however if we haven’t we are happy to work with your vendor and get the integration setup.
Q3. What kind of support do you offer?
We have physical offices in Sydney, London, Dayton (Ohio), Phoenix (Arizona), so we can offer “follow the sun” around the clock support, as well as onsite hardware support if needed in all major cities.
