Online payments integrated into Reckon Invoicing.

1. Set up your payment system

Within Reckon One settings, go to the Integrations section and click on Payment services. Choose from PayPal or Braintree to start accepting payments online.

2. Accept online payments

Once enabled, invoices will include a “Pay now” link so customers can pay directly via credit and debit cards, mobile wallets, or alternative payment methods supported by your provider.

3. Automatic reconciliation

When customers pay, a receipt is automatically created, linked to the invoice, and matched in your books – making the payment process stress-free.
