I have created a Reckon One account and applied to be a Reckon Cloud Advisor partner. What do I do now?

How do I send estimates or quotes using Reckon One?
To enable the Estimates feature in Reckon One, try the following; Settings > Money in > Estimates > set estimates to ‘Enabled’.
Which web browser should I use for Reckon One?
Reckon One plays nicely with Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Safari. So choose your favourite browser whether running on your PC, laptop, tablet or other web enabled device.
Is there a limit to the number of invoices I can send?
Feel free to invoice away all day. All subscribers with the invoicing module can send an unlimited number of invoices.
Is there the ability to save/backup to a local computer?
Great news! With Reckon One there is no need to make back ups. All your Reckon One data is stored safely in our cloud environment.
How many users are allowed to access my book?
You can have an unlimited number of users in your Reckon One book. And any number of these users can access the book at any one time.
How many business 'books' can any Reckon One user have?
An unlimited number. You simply need to purchase a subscription for each individual business book.
How do I create a VAT return?
Firstly, ensure that VAT is enabled. VAT settings > General > set ‘Are you registered for VAT’ to ‘Yes’. Also, remember to enter your VAT registration number in VAT details. Then generate a VAT return. VAT > VAT return manager > Add.
How do I activate Bank Data?
Firstly, purchase BankData module. Then > Banking > Connect an account > Add feed.
What should I enter in the ‘Export Code’ field when creating an account in the COA?’
In the future, export codes will be used to link Reckon One to your end of year final accounts software. We will let you know more once this function has been enabled.
Can I access Reckon One using my mobile or tablet device?
Yes, you can do so in two ways. Either install the Reckon One app from the App Store/Google Play Store, or access using the browser on your tablet. Reckon One works great either way.
