Reckon eInvoicing
eInvoicing is a service brought to you by Reckon Limited (ABN 14 003 348 730) (Reckon).
The service is provided by Ozedi Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 47 167 142 672) (Ozedi) with access to the Peppol Network.
The Peppol Network enables eInvoices to be sent securely from registered suppliers to registered buyers via certified access points. The 4-corner model used by the network allows buyers and sellers to be connected regardless of the invoicing software they use.
Please note that OZEDI provides the access point in Australia and New Zealand for the service, including receipt and/or transfer of eInvoice data, on your behalf or for your benefit.
You are fully responsible for the business or transactional content of the data exchanged, and for compliance with any applicable laws, and for any resulting business commitment between you and parties to whom eInvoices are sent.
You will be blocked from access to the service for any inappropriate (including defamatory or obscene) conduct; excessive use; transmission of viruses or other harmful software; interference with the security or operation of the service; any attempt to copy, modify, adapt, extend, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or feature associated with the service; fraud, spam or other criminal or illegal act or omission.
The provision of the services is subject to the terms and conditions that govern your use of your Reckon products such as Reckon Accounts Hosted and Reckon One.
By proceeding to connect to the service you understand and consent that the information captured in your invoice transactions will be processed by third parties including Ozedi and Promis.
