How do I download the Reckon Mate app?
How do I invite employees to Reckon Mate?
Setting up your team is easy. In the web version of Reckon Payroll, simply:
- Click the Quick Add menu in the banner.
- Select Self-onboard employee.
- Enter their first name, last name, and email address.
- Click Send Invitation — and you’re done!
Your new employee will get a simple, step-by-step onboarding experience, and you’ll get an email notification the moment they’re finished. That way, you can quickly review their details before running their very first pay. Read the help article >
Can employees update their details later?
Yes. You can resend the onboarding link anytime so employees can review and update their information.
Can Reckon Mate be used by all employees?
Yes, as long as they’ve been invited through Reckon Payroll.
