A Reckon One Ultimate plan is normally priced at $938 per year and includes unlimited users for one business entity. Eligible customers can access the plan for $751 in the first year (a 20% saving on the standard annual price). After the initial discounted period, your subscription will renew annually at the then-current RRP, subject to standard price increases.

Yes, you can upgrade to Reckon One at any time before your expiry date.

How long do migrations take?

Most migrations are completed within 1 business day and will be completed from our team โ€“ you wonโ€™t need to lift a finger!

For migrations involving payroll or more complex requirements, the process may take approximately 3 to 5 days.

What data will be migrated?

We migrate key business data including:

  • Customer and supplier detailsย 
  • Chart of accountsย 
  • Bank and credit card transactionsย 
  • Invoices, bills, and credit notesย 
  • Payroll setup and employee detailsย 
  • Manual journalsย 
  • Opening balancesย 

Up to 3 years of data will be transferred.

Some items arenโ€™t supported in the migration, including:

  • Budgets
  • Timesheets and projects

  • Multi-currency data

  • Templates, quotes, and purchase orders
  • Individual historical pay runs
Can I access my Reckon Accounts data after migrating?

Yes. Once your migration is complete, your existing Reckon Accounts software will remain available in read-only mode, allowing you to access and review historical data whenever you need it.

There is currently no planned end date for this read-only access. However, because the software is no longer being actively maintained, future changes to your computer hardware or operating system may affect your ability to open it. For this reason, we recommend exporting any reports or historical data you’d like to keep shortly after your subscription expires.

Will my current price change?

Your pricing may change when you move to Reckon One, as it offers a different and more flexible pricing model.

If you upgrade now, you can take advantage of special offers to support your move:

  • Accounting customers can receive a $282 per year discount (approximately 38 percent off the standard $790 price)
  • Plus customers are eligible for a 20 percent discount

Standard annual price increases in line with CPI may apply over time.

Weโ€™ll clearly outline your pricing options so you can choose what works best for your business, and support you every step of the way.
