Administration fee payable when joining the\u00a0Reckon Advantage Program<\/a>\u00a0which provides toll free technical support and updates.<\/p>\n

Reckon One, Reckon Accounts Hosted, Reckon Accounts Enterprise and Reckon Advantage customers can access premium support options, which may include toll free phone support and online chat with a technical support rep, please log into our members area.<\/p>\n

Technical support is also subject to Reckon\u2019s\u00a0Sunset Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Data Services<\/h2>\n

Data Conversion<\/h3>\n

Converting data from other accounting software files to the most recent version of a comparable Reckon software product. This is usually free but a custom quote may be charged for complex data conversions.\u00a0See our data conversion page<\/a>\u00a0to see what types of data can be converted\u00a0for free.<\/p>\n

A quote will be provided.<\/p>\n

Data Recovery<\/h3>\n

Reconstruction or recovery of damaged data from corrupt current version Reckon Accounts Business range and Payroll Premier data files.<\/p>\n

Minimum fee is $250.00. A quote will be provided.<\/p>\n

Data Upgrade<\/h3>\n

Upgrade data files from an older version to the most recent version of a Reckon software.<\/p>\n

Minimum fee is $100.00. A quote will be provided.<\/p>\n

Password Removal<\/h3>\n

Fee for removal of passwords from current version Reckon Accounts business range, Payroll Premier and Retail Point of Sale data files.<\/p>\n

Miscellaneous<\/h2>\n

CDs \u2013 Replacement<\/h3>\n

Administration fee for replacement CD to be provided or where a CD needs to be provided for a downloadable file.<\/p>\n

Maximum $50.00<\/p>\n

Credit Card \u2013 Reprocessing<\/h3>\n

Administrative fee for declined or incorrect credit card.<\/p>\n

$15.00<\/p>\n

Installation Key Codes (IKCs) \u2013 Reissue<\/h3>\n

These can only be provided for current annual licence or Reckon Advantage customers to replace original IKCs and for upgrade purposes. Subject to approval.<\/p>\n

An administration fee applies to verify and process product re-registrations.<\/p>\n
