We surveyed 1,000 Aussies to determine what matters most to Australians who work remotely. Cost is the most important consideration, with half of all respondents ranking living and accommodation costs as one of their top three priorities. Safety is a close second, with 49.6% of respondents placing the factor in their top three considerations for remote work, while health and medical access ranks third, with 29.7% of Aussies placing it in their top three.<\/p>\n

Kuala Lumpur is the best destination for remote work with an index score of 68\/100. The city achieves strong scores for cost of living, safety, visa requirements, and remote work incentives.<\/p>\n
