STP Phase 2<\/h2>\n

STP Phase 2 requires additional information to be reported to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), enabling other government agencies to use the Single Touch Payroll infrastructure to receive information and support the social services system in Australia.<\/p>\n

STP Phase 1<\/h2>\n

Single Touch Payroll<\/a> became mandatory for\u00a0ALL employers from 1 July 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To help you be compliant, we have developed\u00a0a new application called GovConnect STP that connects\u00a0all<\/i>\u00a0four Reckon products to the ATO STP service.\u00a0The application acts as a gateway, enabling you to view and lodge your STP quickly and easily no matter what Reckon product you use. You can also review your submissions before you lodge, keep track of ATO messages and view all past STP submissions.<\/p>\n

  1. To get your product set-up for STP you first need to enable GovConnect STP. Review the\u00a0GovConnect help guide<\/a>\u00a0for instructions on how to log into\u00a0portal.reckon.com<\/a>\u00a0and set-up GovConnect STP for Reckon One customers.<\/li>\n
  2. Once you\u2019ve done this it\u2019s time to ensure Reckon One is\u00a0correctly configured for STP. See\u00a0STP help site<\/a>\u00a0for specific instructions to do complete task.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
